Please help: I've had a tension headache for several days, what should I do?
I've had a dull headache for 4 days straight. When I press on my temples forehead, it kind of hurts. It feels like there's tension built up in my forehead. It's hard to explain. I have a somewhat stressful job where I am looking at the computer a lot, plus I'm in the midst of a break up with my boyfriend. I am thinking these stressful things going on are partly to blame. But this headache has been going on for days Even when I'm laying down in bed or feeling relaxed, my head still aches. I'm getting concerned. I'm not having blurred vision or anything crazy, so wouldn't think it's a tumor or something. But how can I get rid of these headches? I lost my medical insurance a few months ago, I can't afford going to the doctor right now.. I'm 24.. I had my period last week so it's not menstrual cycle related. Any advice is greatly appreciated my head hurts so much ' Thank you.
Brain tumor or tension headache ?
every now and then I will get this pain in the back right side of my head My mom says its a tension headache but I think its a tumor?I'm going go get a physical tomorrow to make sure everything is good I do suffer from anxiety

I got tension headache 4 days ago I am taking paracetamol 1 tablet a day and I got relief from it.but how it take to get recover it.tell me what things I do to get recovered at home.I got 4 days ago because I was very stressed on that day tell me what can I do.is there anything serious?

So, my abusive dad banged my head to the wall and also at school i sit hunching my back and i've suffered from headaches everyday. now today thank god i realized from the web that my headaches were tension headaches, but i want to get permanent relief from them. Please help im a 13 year old kid and my mom keeps thinking that im having cycological and the doctors didnt find out why im having headaches because they didnt even check my head once. SO PLEASE I NEED HELP COULD U HELP ME GET RID OF THEM ?I LOVE U ALL PEACE OUT
Am I getting migraines or tension headaches?
I had a lot of sleep last night and as I woke up, I felt as if I was going to get a headache.. and I have, it's at the front near my forehead, eyes and at the side, it's just a pain, there is no throbbing, when i was young i suffered from headaches so they prescribed me with glasses because they put it down to eye strain. I have my glasses on now and it seems to be a little better but I'm unsure whether or not this is a migraine or tension headache? could it be that i've had too much sleep? please help would be grateful
How to fix a tension headache?
Okay so I've had this headache for about two weeks NONSTOP. I have went to the drs and was prescribed Tylenol no 3, which does not take the edge off Neither did any OTC pills, such as, Excedrin, Aleve, Advil.It's driving my nuts and I want some help. Also, sleeping, compresses, laying in the dark have not worked. Any words of wisdom you want to share with me?
How to relieve tension headache I've had for a week!?
I've had a tension headache for a week now and have seen my GP twice. First they told me to see an optician and to come back to them. My eyes were fine so ruled out that they are caused by eye strain etc. The gp said this morning that he wasn't concerned and i should relax and carry on life as normal as i have been worried and very anxious for the last few days. I just want to get rid of this headache now, it feels like my head is in a vice How do you recommend relieving it?
What is causing these tension headaches?
My girlfriend has been getting tension headaches for 4 months...symptoms close to sinusitis tension around bridge of nose, behind eyes etc. but not quite migraines. She's had an MRI and it came back clear, and she's tried various medication all to no avail. They are quite sporadic, and flare up at random times in the day, or after a period of extreme stress. We've tried all things under the sun, and the only thing that seems to have helped has been the old head over a bowl of hot water and olbas oil trick but it's nothing permanent Please help. No silly, inconsiderate, OTT answers please because I'm getting quite worried. Thanks.

So I have been having this weird feeling in the back of my head on the right side only everytime I get it it usually last for a week or longer my arms get tight and i feel like my scalp is twitching and my right ear feels clogged and full I keep thinking its a Brian tumor today I had a physical and my vision was 20 40 and on my hearing test there is 4 beeps and I missed a beep in each ear I'm so worried that it's a brain tumor but my doctor keeps saying its not it's stress, he says if it were a tumor I would be vomiting and have trouble sleeping but I'm just convinced it is What do you guys think? What could cause the vision hearing change and pain in the back of my right head This has been gong on since November my right ear feels clogged I suffer from anxiety had this feeling for a week now wake up and it's still there

Can you get a tension headache from to much video games?
i have a dull pain in my right temple and somtimes right, i think i got it from an eye strain because how close my T.V. is. it's been here for around 3 days. doesn't really hurt at all.i mean sometimes Left.
Tension headaches or migrains? ?
I suffer from a lot of stress, my doctor says I have mild depression. I get headaches a lot, and sometimes a pressure like feeling in the bridge of my nose, I get pain in my temples, forehead and sometimes a sharp throbbing pain on one side of my head. I am very tired due to lack of sleep from my depression and when my eyes feel heavy I often get a headache then. I often have a sore and stiff neck, my headache is worse when my neck is sore. Please does this sound like tension headaches or migranes or something and not a brain tumour?

So for the last few days since about Friday I've felt off. My sight didn't seem right, and i had trouble focusing. I've had headaches and just nothing looked right. When i went to the doc he checked me out. Said i didn't seem to have a sinus infection, and didn't seem to have brain tumors, aneurysms, etc. He said i MIGHT need glasses and to talk to an optometrist, and to take ibuprofen for the headaches. Every night when i get a good amount of sleep it seems to get a little better, but never hit 100 % better. My mother is avoiding taking me to the optometrist because it would cost money, and she can't really afford it right now. I have a slight sensitivity to light, and sound but not a ton. It doesn't really make my headache any worse, but it just....bothers me I don't know. Is this maybe just a tension headache? When i did an eyechart test at my GP they said my left eye was 20 20, and my right was 20 30. Is it maybe just bothering me that the one is slightly off? I did do it with my left eye first, and figured I probably remembered some of it .All serious answers appreciated. I'm an 18 year old college student living with my parents by the way. In case anyone is wondering.Oh and my headache feels a bit better if i kind of...squeeze my head lightly. Oh and everything seemed to look weird, but now it's like. Everything looks normal, but I don't quite feel right the headache and sort of a straining feeling around my eyes so nothing seems to look right because i don't feel normal. I also feel thirsty like constantly, but i'm drinking a lot of water.yeah i want to get my eyes checked out by an eye doctor and maybe even get glasses. Even if they're very mild. It's bugging me so much, but i'm on my parent's insurance and whether i like it or not it's up to them.
