I have a pulsating headache, can you advise me on how to get rid of it?

Pressure/pulsating headache after being out in the sun? Is this normal?
It's summer time now where I live. I've been trying to work out... So each morning around 8am 9am I go to the park and walk a mile & a half or so... It seems like whenever it's a little hot outside or really sunny, I get these pulsating headaches that come and go at times during the day.. Also when I'm sitting down and get up it feels the same, but only on hot days i don't know why... Whenever the weather is okay or cold I don't get these headaches.. Is this normal?? I ALWAYS wear sunglasses when I'm outside rain or shine ....what are these headaches called? & Are they normal?P.S The pain is not severe.. I can go the whole day w out taking pain killers... It's just really annoying.
Are pulsating headaches a symptom of high blood pressure?
A few minutes ago I had this pulsating pain on the right side of my head, the temple, that lasted for about 10 seconds. It felt like some sort of pressure I don't know exactly it was weird... I had similar pains when I had sinusitis but this one felt different. Like it was more intense.I'm 15, no history of heart problems and the only member of my family to have high blood pressure is my grandfather.Should I visit my doctor?
Having a pulsating headache after exercise?
After I do exercise that gets my heart rate up, sometimes I get this headache in the back of my head that whenever feels like a pulse. Does anyone know what this is? What I can do to prevent it?

Pulsating headache with fast heartrate?
for a couple months ive been geting these really bad pulsating headaches and a really fast heart rate when i stand up or go up the stairs. the last couple weeks they have been getting more frequent and last longer, the last time the headache stayed for a couple days. also ive noticed the left side of my head gets really sensitive and almost feels like its swollen. usually when the headache first comes my vision will start to go and i feel like im going to pass out and then i cant hear my heart beat its beating so hard. i thought when it started that it was dehydration but if i try to drink water it makes the headache worse. i was hoping someone could tell me what this is and what i can do about it.also i noticed my right eye was getting blurry all of a sudden a couple months ago around the same time these headaches started and was wondering if they could be part of the same thingthere is no pain in my eyes just the right went blurry around the same time i was getting the headaches. my right always seems to be blurry now not just with the headaches
