Does the immune system prevent headaches? ?
Cause i have a strong immune system to which i barley get headaches, just wondereingbut i barley drink water, weird, so how come i dont get many headaches? just a coincidence?

I never get hangovers the next day, but I get a mini hangover with splitting headaches an hour or two after drinking if I drank enough to feel any of the effects. So basically, the negative effects that usually happen the day after drinking happens in a matter of 2 hours and when the headache is over I feel refreshed as if I haven't even drank at all. I've tried drinking different types of alcohol but I seem to get headaches no matter what alcohol it is.I know the best answer would be to avoid drinking altogether, but I still wanna drink sometimes for social reasons. Does anyone out there have similar experiences? I've tried everything, from eating Pepcid AC before drinking, eating pain headache medications before drinking bad on your liver and kidneys I know . Are there any better alternatives so I can have a freakin drink and enjoy myself without going through temporary hell?

Whenever I engage in aerobic physical activity, such as biking or running, I get a terrible headache that takes hours to go away. I know it's not from dehydration, because I get it regardless of how much water I drink. I know it's not from overheating, because it happens in all temperatures. Why does this happen every single time my heart rate goes up too much, and how can I prevent it?

I get them all the time, maybe around 3 times a week. I have one right now and it's killing me. I really don't feel like taking any pain medication because I'm about to go to bed and it usually goes away then. Recently though, my eye has started twitching during my headaches.
