Could a brain tumor make my migraine headaches LESS frequent?
Relieving a certain pressure in a part of the brain? Yes, I know it sounds a little odd, but what do you think? P.S. I don't need your stupid answers telling me that i'm an idiot.. You have better things to do with your life, and I honestly don't have the time of day to read the BS. To everyone else, thanks.
Severe migraine headaches with vertigo symptoms....help please?
I noticed that every time I start to do my housework I get really bad headaches with nausea and light headedness. Could it be from inhaling the different cleaning chemicals that I use or is it the bending over when picking things up off the floor or something....or none of the above. Sometimes after cleaning, i'm not able to do anything else the remainder of the day except rest..any advice?

Why does exercise relieve migraine headaches?
For the past year or so I've been getting crippling migraine headaches a few times a month. They start as visual disturbance and then cause throbbing pain over one of my eyes and an impaired ability to concentrate. I've recently discovered that if I go to the gym when I have one even as much as I don't want to and do a spinning class or some other form of aerobic activity it completely goes away and I feel 100 % better. I was just wondering if anyone knew why this might be? I'm not complaining at all, but I'd just like to know why this happens.
How can my friend prevent migraine headaches?
She has migraine headaches and no matter what she does, it never gets better. She takes migraine pills and birth control pills. She tried taking one of them by itself then the other to see if it would improve, and even none at all, they didn't help. She's tried every remedy known to google and people and it still doesn't get better, not even the slightest. It's been going on for years and years and only gradually gets worse. Does anyone know anything that could be related or maybe different that might help? I can't tell exactly what remedies she used since i'm not there She does have an extra vertebrae in her neck but that doesn't bother her at all. She does have trouble sleeping and is constantly working, she can't sit still, she is always busy doing something. She tells me shes not stressed but i'm not sure. Anyways I was wondering if anyone might know of something that might help or if this could be something different?

How to properly deal with Migraine headaches?
About 6 months ago my step mom started to get migraine headaches. Just out of nowhere.. she got a medical condition called " chronic migraines" . She gets them twice a day.. and she cant miss taking her medicine or it will escalate into a much worse migraine. She had headache problems before but it was never this serious. She cant be in areas with fluorescent lighting.. she cant be in areas with a lot of different things going on.So my Dad has been looking for answers to get rid of this problem. We've taken her to Stanford a few times and we've gotten her multiple MRI's about 6 . They don't know what to do. All they can tell us is that the part of her spine in her neck is curved the opposite way, so her head gets heavy and she cant lean it back. They've given her nerve block shots, in her neck, and tons of medicine. My Dad has medical bills up the .But I have noticed a few things about this situation, and I am feeling that there is also an emotional problem that needs to be treated as well. I feel that she is very depressed..For one thing, she has had 3 kids and that contributed to her weight. I noticed that after she started taking topomax, she looked a ton thinner. Sometimes i feel like she took more than she needed to lose weight, but im not sure. Id need to look up some psychology about that? But if she did, i think it made the headaches worse because its like when someone NEEDS a pill they are psychologically addicted.. or close their tolerance goes up. Idk if that's true and i don't assume that, its just a thought. She sure as hell wouldn't admit to doing that. But more importantly than that, she sits in her bed probably 30 50 hours a week watching TV. I know that when I sit and watch TV all day or play video games all day i feel horrible and my head always hurts. We have told her to go exercise or go on a walk but she says its too much. I just think that she is depressed. At times I thought maybe she was being selfish and didn't want to do anything and just wanted to take vicodins to relax.. but I think the situation is alot different. I think that because of how she is dealing with her problem that she is just making it worse for herself. I think she needs to go see a counselor.Does anyone agree with me? Nobody listens to me around here...
