Is there such a thing as menstrual headaches?
is this part of PMS? because my head is throbbing only on one side right side towards the back & it is hurting my temples, it feels like i have sinues but i don't...help please?
How do I get rid of menstrual headaches?
On or before the day I start my period, I either get a very bad migraine or cramps. This time, I got the migraine. I have so much I need to do today such as writing my research paper for my English class, gym, errands, etc. but this headache is just really bad and I can't focus. I don't like taking pain killers. I prefer natural remedies..any suggestions?

How can I alleviate menstrual headaches?
Im on the pill and every time I come off the active pill and go on to the non active ones I get the WORST headaches boardering on migraine It make it really hard to be productive at work.Aside from taking drugs and drinking water what are some other ways I can alleviate my headaches? I probably should see a doctor and change pills these ones make me feel terrible in my 'off' week I dont mind taking drugs but they just dont seem to be working Perhaps I need up the strength of the drugs? Im in Australia so we dont get midol here. There are some strong ones I can take but I was hoping there might be something else I can do in addition to taking drugs.
