Can anxiety cause daily headaches fatigue and muscle aches?
I have been having a headache everday and in the evening I develop whole body aches. I had a ct scan of the brain 8 months ago and it was normal. But my headaches weren't bad then. They just started 2 months ago. My family doc doesn't seem to be to worried about it, but I am. I do have anxiety and I am prescribed xanax, but I have a phobia of taking pills so I choose not to take them. Does this sound like its just anxiety getting the best of me? Im a stay at home mother of 3 little kids and 27 years old.

I sleep at 1/2 am and wake up at 11am...headaches fatigue dizziness.can they be caused by my sleeping pattern?

Why do I have constant headaches, fatigue, and loss of appetite?
About a week ago I went to bed at around 4 AM, and I kept getting woken up by various things almost every hour. I got about 6 hours of sleep in all. I try to fall back asleep, but I cant. I decide to get up. Over the course of the day, a headache starts to build up, and I begin to lose my appetite. That night I get a full 8 hours of sleep, and I still wake up with the same killer headache from the day before, and I feel very sluggish. Two days later here I am, and I feel a bit better, but I'm still suffering from the headache and fatigue. I've been trying to drink lots of water to stay hydrated, and also eat good healthy meals 3 times a day. I've been getting at least 7 1 2 hours of sleep a day, and I still feel bad. I've searched the internet for sicknesses that might correspond with my symptoms, but nothing seems to match. Please help me find out what I might have if anything and how to get to feeling better Okay guys, I appreciate your input, but can we keep the suggestions legal? XD

Medial diagnosis help. Symptoms include dizziness, vision, headaches, fatigue, and tenseness.?
HelloI am a male, 19 year old. I am around 190 pounds. I have a belly but nothing extreme. I often feel the following symptoms, and hope someone could help to diagnose me.The most over powering feeling is the of being on a boat. I feel like my balance is near non existent when this occurs.Perhaps the most terrifying is vision problems. At random moments my vision seems to become a blur. I cannot focus on things around the environment. I often tend to panic on its occurrence. I have had frequent headaches, a couple of times per week.I am often fatigued even an hour or two after waking up.My legs are often beyond a normal level of tense and tightness when standing from a sitting or laying position. If anyone has any suggestions, thoughts or diagnoses, please share. I greatly appreciate it.I'm white as well.

Sharp headaches, fatigue, sleeplessness and nausea. What could this be? Female and 44 years of age?
Have had these symptoms for at least 3 months. Not really hungry, Can fall asleep for a couple of hours, but no matter if taking active woman vitamins and staying healthy with exercise and proper diet, look extremely fatigued by about 7 or 9 at night. Sharp pains in certain part of head. Not a consistent or same time for headache.

I'm 28 lately I've been having regular headaches, fatigue, and chest pains ?

Lump in my throat, headaches, fatigue, off and on low grade fevers, and weight loss?
So I am cheerleader for my school and have practice and games every morning and night. I wake up at 5 30 am and am at the my school till about 8 30pm 4 to 5 days a week..this week I started having a sore throat it felt more like my tonsils, and had a headache, im super tired but it might because i exercise a lot and i keep running low grade fevers off and on. I have lost 7 pounds in the last week in a half which is not normal. I went to the doctor and they tested me for mono and i don't have it...and now my throat stopped hurting but i feel like i have a lump in my throat and it kills..my mom thinks im just tired for all the exercise and stuff. So, Am i just exerting myself to much or do i maybe have something wrong??Also it's more towards my upper throat but almost directly under my right ear.

Crazy thirsty, headaches, fatigue? Tests check out?
Suggestions on what this might be?So the last couple weeks I have been feeling more tired than usual, get fatigued easily. Thought it was stress from school. Then about a week ago I had what I am assuming is a migraine I never get headaches and have never had a migraine before worst headache OF MY LIFE. Lasted about a day, felt nauseous and wanted to cut my head off the whole time.Since then I've had a light headache that just seems to be there, not enough to keep me from day to day stuff but enough that it's noticeable. Then 4 days ago I started to be ridiculously thirsty, drinking at least gallon of water a day and peeing constantly. Yesterday I went to urgent care, and all of my blood work came back fine. Clean urine, glucose levels fine, electrolytes perfect. No thyroid issues, the doc has no idea whats going on and said to follow up with my primary care doc.Any idea as to what this may be?Im an 18 year old female btw.

Dizziness, light headedness, headaches, fatigue, no appetite? HELP!!?
Lately I've had a lot of dizziness and light headedness. I went to the doctor and he said that I possibly had a very mild case of Virtigo. This was last week. Now, its been getting worse. Now no matter how much I sleep in always fatigued. Also, I get pounding headaches and I feel like my eyes are popping out of my head. And also I have a loss of appetite. I'm NEVER hungry and always feel week and so out of it. However, I force myself to eat breakfast lunch and dinner even if it's a small portion. What could this be? I looked up the symptoms of virtigo but I don't think it's that anymore. Please help. I will be going to my doctor if it doesn't get any better in the next week. I just want some ideas. PsI'm a 14 yr old female

Constant headaches, fatigue, and dizziness?
For the past 3 years, I've had headaches, fatigue, and dizziness a couple times a week. But it just recently got constant. It's truly affecting my life. I know these are vague symptoms but does anyone know what it could be? And how I can get it to stop ? Thanks, EmilyTrust me, my doctor's office is on my speed dial lol. And yes, I eat regularly.
